Happy Friday! Welcome to Art Journal Fridays. I am your cruise director, Dawn...Let me tell you what we're going to be doing today:
This journal prompt is called "Mapping Your Day".
Draw a map as to what you did during the day. You can start anywhere on the page. Let's say you started at home. Doodle a house or just a circle and make sure to label it with "Home" or whatever. Now, did you go somewhere? Maybe you went to the grocery store. Draw a line to the grocery store, then draw something to mark that. Maybe you use a part of the label from the grocery bag. Or your receipt. Anything goes on this. I am including a map I did of a day in San Francisco last August. This will give you an idea as to how to do it...
Happy mapping, my little cartographers!

Ooh, I like this prompt! I'm going to try this one this weekend I think. Thanks!

Here's my map at last. I'm not that happy with how it turned out, but I will definitely be playing this way again.
